이용약관

제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 KWCC(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 모바일 게임 "Cat on Ice"(이하 "게임")의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무를 정합니다.
제2조 (약관의 효력과 변경)
- 이 약관은 게임 안 설정 화면과 이 페이지에 게시하며, 이용자가 게임을 이용하면 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
- 회사는 관련 법령을 어기지 않는 범위에서 약관을 바꿀 수 있습니다. 바꿀 때는 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 경우 30일 전)부터 알립니다.
- 바뀐 약관에 동의하지 않으면 이용을 멈추고 앱을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
제3조 (이용)
- 게임은 회원가입 없이 무료로 이용할 수 있습니다. 게임 안에 광고가 표시됩니다.
- 게임 진행은 이용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 기기를 바꾸면 진행이 사라질 수 있으며, 회사는 이를 복구해 드릴 수 없습니다.
- 세계 순위, 오늘의 호수 성공률 등 일부 기능은 인터넷 연결이 필요합니다.
제4조 (게임 속 물고기 등)
- 게임에서 얻는 물고기, 고양이, 기록 등(이하 "게임 재화")은 게임 안에서만 쓸 수 있으며 현금으로 바꾸거나 돌려받을 수 없습니다.
- 게임 재화는 다른 사람에게 팔거나 넘길 수 없습니다.
- 회사는 게임 균형을 위해 게임 재화의 획득량·사용처를 조정할 수 있습니다.
제5조 (금지 행위)
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다. 이런 행위가 확인되면 회사는 해당 기록을 순위에서 빼거나 지우고, 서버 기능 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
- 기록을 조작하거나 비정상적인 방법(변조 앱, 자동 입력 프로그램 등)으로 순위에 오르는 행위
- 게임이나 서버를 해킹하거나 정상 운영을 방해하는 행위
- 게임의 그림·음악·글 등을 회사 허락 없이 복제·배포하는 행위
제6조 (광고)
게임에는 Google AdMob을 통한 광고가 표시됩니다. 일부 보상(이어하기, 물고기 2배 등)은 광고를 끝까지 보았을 때 지급됩니다. 광고 내용과 광고주의 상품·서비스에 대한 책임은 해당 광고주에게 있습니다.
제7조 (유료 상품)
현재 게임에는 유료 상품이 없습니다. 앞으로 앱 안 구매를 제공하는 경우, 결제와 환불은 각 앱 마켓(Google Play, App Store)의 정책과 관련 법령을 따르며, 그 전에 이 약관을 바꿔 알립니다.
제8조 (서비스의 변경과 중단)
회사는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 게임의 내용을 바꾸거나, 점검·장애·사업 종료 등의 사유로 서버 기능을 중단할 수 있습니다. 서비스 전체를 종료할 때는 30일 전에 게임 안이나 이 페이지에 알립니다.
제9조 (책임의 제한)
- 회사는 천재지변, 이용자의 기기·통신 문제, 앱 마켓·광고 업체 등 제3자의 사정으로 생긴 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 회사의 고의나 중대한 과실로 인한 손해는 예외로 합니다.
- 무료로 제공되는 기능에 대해서는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제10조 (개인정보)
개인정보는 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 처리합니다.
제11조 (분쟁 해결과 관할)
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 분쟁이 생기면 먼저 성실히 협의하며, 소송이 필요한 경우 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 다룹니다.

1. About these terms
These terms apply to the mobile game "Cat on Ice" (the "Game") provided by KWCC ("we"). By playing the Game, you agree to them.
2. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post changes here at least 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days before if they affect you negatively. If you do not agree, you can stop playing and uninstall the Game.
3. Using the Game
- The Game is free to play and needs no account. It shows ads.
- Your progress is saved on your device. If you uninstall the app or change devices, your progress may be lost and we cannot restore it.
- Some features, such as world rankings and Today's Lake success rate, need an internet connection.
4. Fish and other in-game items
- Fish, cats, records and other items you earn can be used only in the Game. They have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged for money.
- You may not sell or transfer in-game items.
- We may adjust how items are earned or used to keep the Game balanced.
5. What you must not do
If we find any of the following, we may remove your records from rankings and limit your access to online features.
- Manipulating records or reaching rankings by abnormal means, such as modified apps or automation tools
- Hacking the Game or our servers, or disrupting their operation
- Copying or distributing the Game's art, music or text without our permission
6. Ads
The Game shows ads through Google AdMob. Some rewards, such as reviving or doubling fish, are given only when you watch an ad to the end. Advertisers are responsible for their ads and products.
7. Purchases
The Game currently has no paid items. If we add in-app purchases, payments and refunds will follow the policies of Google Play or the App Store and applicable law, and we will update these terms first.
8. Changes to the service
We may change the Game, or suspend online features for maintenance, outages or the end of the service. If we end the service entirely, we will give 30 days' notice in the Game or on this page.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our control, problems with your device or network, or third parties such as app stores and ad networks, except where caused by our intent or gross negligence. The Game is provided free of charge and "as is".

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country still apply.
